Terms and Conditions for Daily Activities

Payments, Pricing, and Cancellations

These terms and conditions set by All Seasons Lapland apply to daily activity purchases made for individual bookings. By booking an activity with us, you agree to the following terms. Please note that holiday packages are subject to different terms and conditions, which can be requested by contacting All Seasons Lapland.

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once the booking has been paid. All Seasons Lapland reserves the right to decline confirmation if payment has not been received. All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until written confirmation is provided.
  • Group Size Requirements: For specific activity packages, pricing is based on a group size. All Seasons Lapland reserves the right to cancel the tour with a full refund or offer the trip at a revised price if the minimum number of participants is not met.

2. . General Terms

  • All activities are subject to change due to weather conditions.
  • As a responsible activity organizer, All Seasons Lapland reserves the right to modify the route, pricing, date, schedule, content, or duration of any activity or excursion without prior notice.
  • All Seasons Lapland also reserves the right to deny participation in any activity if, at its reasonable discretion, it determines that a participant's physical or mental condition makes them unfit to take part, or if their participation would pose a risk to themselves or others.

  • All bookings must be paid in advance

4. Cancellation

  • Bookings are non-refundable. All sales are final.
  • Transfer of Booking: You may transfer your booking to another person up to 7 days before arrival at no extra cost, provided the new participant meets all travel requirements.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

5. Changes to Itinerary and Force Majeure

  • All Seasons Lapland reserves the right to cancel any activity or excursion due to Force Majeure events or significant disruptions to its operations caused by similar circumstances. These may include, but are not limited to, war, strikes, lockouts, acts of terrorism, floods, epidemics and/or pandemics, or weather conditions that make it impossible or unsafe to carry out the activity.

  • All Seasons Lapland is not liable for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).

6. Guest Responsibilities and Health

  • Physical Fitness: Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate physical health for the activities described (e.g., hiking on hills).
  • Dietary Needs: Food allergies and special dietary requirements must be reported to All Seasons Lapland at least 5 days before the activity.
  • Travel Documents: For trips crossing international borders (e.g., Finland to Norway), guests must carry a valid passport or an officially recognized EU identity card.

7. Liability and Insurance

  • All Seasons Lapland is not responsible for possible accidents or injuries during activities. Before each activity security guidance is being provided.

8. Photography and Marketing

  • All Seasons Lapland may take photos or videos during the trip for use in marketing materials and social media. If you do not wish to be included in these materials, please notify your hosts at the start of the trip.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be settled in the relevant Finnish court.
